These berry yogurt parfaits are fresh, creamy, and so easy to make — the kind of no-fuss treat that feels like a little celebration. I love layering them in glass jars for a quick breakfast or a light dessert, and the crunch from granola takes it to the next level!

Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups (300 g) Mixed berries , (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup (100 g) Granola
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 2
Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of 4 serving glasses or jars.
- 3
Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.
- 4
Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.
- 5
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
- 6
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Notes
- Use any combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
- Swap granola for crushed nuts or seeds for a low-carb option.
- For dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt.
- Best assembled just before serving to keep granola crunchy.
