These berry yogurt parfaits are fresh, creamy, and so easy to make — the kind of no-fuss treat that feels like a little celebration. I love layering them in glass jars for a quick breakfast or a light dessert, and the crunch from granola takes it to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (300 g) Mixed berries , (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup (100 g) Granola

Instructions

  • 1

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • 2

Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of 4 serving glasses or jars.

  • 3

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.

  • 4

Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.

  • 5

Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a few berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.

  • 6

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Use any combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
  • Swap granola for crushed nuts or seeds for a low-carb option.
  • For dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt.
  • Best assembled just before serving to keep granola crunchy.
