
Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

Creamy, chocolatey, and naturally sweet — this banana chia pudding tastes like dessert but fuels you like breakfast. I love making a batch the night before so it’s ready to go on busy mornings or when I want something indulgent without the crash.

Ingredients
- 1 medium (about 120g) Ripe banana
- 1 cup (240ml) Unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tbsp Maple syrup, (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a blender, combine the ripe banana, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and stir in the chia seeds.

Mix well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened.
