If you’re anything like me, you crave a little something sweet but energizing in the afternoon. These no-bake matcha energy balls totally hit the spot—soft, nutty, with a hint of earthy green tea and just enough chocolate to make you smile.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120g) Almond butter
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey
- 1 tbsp Matcha powder
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 cup (40g) Mini chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the oats, matcha powder, chia seeds, and salt.

Add the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.

Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Notes
- Storage: Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
- Swaps: Use peanut butter or cashew butter instead of almond butter. Maple syrup can replace honey for a vegan version.
