
Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

A buttery pretzel crust, creamy peanut butter, gooey caramel, and silky chocolate — these no-bake bars are dangerously good. Sweet, salty, and chewy in all the right ways, they’re the kind of treat that disappears fast at any gathering.

Ingredients
- 2 cups (200 g) Salted pretzels (crushed)
- 1/2 cup (115 g) Unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup (50 g) Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 g) Peanut butter
- 1 cup (120 g) Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Caramel sauce
- 1 cup (170 g) Chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt flakes (for topping)

Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In another bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the pretzel crust.

Pour caramel sauce over the peanut butter layer and spread gently.

Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Pour over caramel layer and smooth the top.

Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the chocolate.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until set.

Slice into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Substitute almond or cashew butter if desired.
- Use gluten-free pretzels for a GF version.
- For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed butter.
