A bubbly blend of strawberries, lemon, and basil — this sparkling lemonade is bright, refreshing, and just sweet enough. Perfect for sipping on the porch, weekend brunches, or backyard dinners.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) Fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Honey or sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) Water
- 2 cups (480ml) Sparkling water
- Ice cubes, As needed
- Lemon slices , (for garnish)
- Extra basil leaves , (garnish)

In a blender, combine the strawberries, basil, lemon juice, honey (or sugar), and water.

Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp and basil bits.

Add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and basil leaves if desired.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, but add sparkling water just before serving for best fizz.
- Swap honey with agave or maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Make a batch ahead and chill the base without sparkling water; mix just before serving.
